Copper ring with petals Alorin

Some jewelry you forget you are wearing – and then your hands remind you that they feel different. I made this ring for those whose finger joints have quietly kept track of every year of work – the flowers are detailed by hand, petal by petal, the beaded edge is drawn point by point along both edges, the entire surface was worked slowly until the copper retains every trace of the making process.

People have worn copper next to their skin for thousands of years, and those who come back to me wearing this ring always say the same thing: their fingers don't remind them as often anymore.

This is one of the last rings I will make before I close my workshop forever. I hope it reaches the hand that needs it most.
