Copper Necklace Alorin's Briar

There's something special about a piece that sits close to the chest, as if it was always meant to be there. I made Briar with this in mind: a necklace that quietly carries its weight, the way old things do.

Each heart-shaped ring is shaped and linked by hand, one by one, until the whole piece found its rhythm. Work like this takes time, and I've never found a way to rush it.

Wearing copper close to the body is one of the oldest things a person can do for themselves. People have returned to it for thousands of years, and those who wear it daily rarely want to give it up.

I hope this finds someone who will keep it close.
