Copper Ring Alorin's Band

There's something about copper close to your fingers—the warmth settles in quickly, and you stop noticing it's there until you take it off.

I cut all three grooves by hand, pass by pass, and set two magnets into the inner band the way I've always worked, quietly, without fuss. People who work with their hands have long worn copper rings.

I'm not the first to make them, and I won't tell you why people keep wearing them.

This is one of the last rings I'll make before I close my workshop. I hope it finds the right hand.
