Copper Set Alorin's Forge

Some pieces you wear because they look good - these two you wear because something in you knows they belong to you. I made this set for people whose wrists and hands have taken care of a life well lived - the lattice is engraved diamond by diamond across the whole band, and the floral piece is slowly traced beside it, both finished the same morning.

Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years, worn by people who needed their bodies to keep up the fight, and those who come back to me wearing both always say the same thing: they stopped noticing what they used to notice.

This is one of the last sets I will make before I close my workshop for good. I hope it finds the wrists that have earned it.
